What if I don't like what I bought?

You can return it. Within the terms and conditions of our returns policy:
• Avalanche Airbags and Transceivers are non-refundable.
• All other products are refundable within 30days of purchase if they have NOT BEEN USED. 
When returning a product to Avalanche Safety Solutions it must be accompanied by all the appropriate tags and a receipt of purchase. We will do our best to process your return in a timely fashion. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred during Returns.

What if you don't have my size or colour?

If we don't have your size or colour in stock - we will order it in for you! (this applies to items that we already carry)

Do you have a US store?

We do have an on-line store set up for American users. This site displays all the prices and details pertinent to shoppers based in the USA. Be sure that you are on the appropriate site for your country of origin. Check the flag at the top right hand corner of the site. 

How do I pay?

 When shopping with us on-line we accept credit card (Visa and Mastercard) and Pay Pal. When shopping with us in our retail shop we accept credit card, interac, cash. We will also accept money order.

You can order through the website, using the shopping cart function. Or you can order via telephone.

How do you find your retail store?

Our retail shop is located in Golden, BC. The address is 917 10th Ave North. As you come of the #1 Highway into Golden turn left at the bottom of the long curling off ramp (instead of right into downtown). We are located 200m down on the left hand side - after OK Tire - in a light blue building.

Do you ship anywhere in the world?

Yes, we ship anywhere in the world! However, shipping charges will apply when ordering outside of Canada. We offer free shipping in Canada for orders over $100.

Avalanche Safety Solutions offers a range of Avalanche Safety Gear including Snowpulse avalanche airbags, avalanche transceivers, avalanche probes, and avalanche shovels. We currently sell brands such as Mammut, BCA, Pieps, and Snowpulse. In fact we are the world’s largest dealer of the Snowpulse avalanche airbag. In the near future we also expect to sell Ortovox, ABS avalanche airbags, and the Avivest when it becomes available. Based in Golden, BC, Canada, we sell top of the line avalanche safety equipment; gear such as the Mammut Barryvox Pulse avalanche transceiver, the Pieps DSP transceiver, the Snowpulse Lifebag avalanche airbag, and the inexpensive BCA Tracker. We are experts in the field and can offer you advice on which product best suits your needs. We also offer avalanche skills training courses (AST Courses) for snowmobilers and skiers. These avalanche courses are based in Golden, BC and focus on avalanche terrain identification, avalanche rescue, interpreting the Canadian Avalanche Association’s avalanche bulletin, and safe backcountry travel techniques.
