The Probe Plus is a 7-piece aluminium probe that is 11 mm in diameter and 280cm long and has a drop-shaped probe tip. The extra length allows for greater probe depths. The Probe Plus uses a lightweight, non-stretch Dyneema cord and a telescopic lock, which allows for easy assembly and interlock. With a new, improved lock this probe is safe and easy to operate with gloves on.

With a weight of only 210g and a carry bag with printed instructions and emergency plan this probe is a must for every backpack that travels into the backcountry.
