Returns

Here at Avalanche Safety Solutions, we sell top-quality avalanche safety products that people trust their lives to. It is important for us that customers have confidence in the products that they are purchasing and we know that they have not been used or tampered with.

 For this reason:

  • Avalanche Airbags and Transceivers are non-refundable.
  • All other products are refundable within 30days of purchase if they have NOT BEEN USED. 

When returning a product to Avalanche Safety Solutions it must be accompanied by all the appropriate tags and a receipt of purchase. We will do our best to process your return in a timely fashion. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred during returns as well as the original shipping bill.

Warranty

Avalanche Safety Solutions honours the manufacturer’s warranty. We strongly suggest that if your safety product has malfunctioned for reasons other than normal wear and tear that you return it to us. To warranty your product we need a receipt of your proof of purchase through Avalanche Safety Solutions. We will do our best to process your warranty in a timely fashion. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred during Warranty.

The following is a list of our manufacturer’s warranty terms:

Snowpulse: 2 year, 100 days of use, or 20 deployment warranty.
Mammut: Guarantee on products - not for general wear and tear.
Pieps: 1 year
BCA: 1 year warranty
Helly Hansen: 30 day warranty
